Ignite Medical Resorts Oklahoma CIty is hiring an experienced Business Office Manager. We are in search of a Business Office Manager to join our team! We are committed to providing kind, competent and compassionate services to those entrusted to our care and an enjoyable work environment for our staff. Will report to the General Manager and is an integral part of the core management team. Will report to the General Manager and is an integral part of the core management team. Main responsibilities include

  • Participating in and contributing to the facility leadership meetings and processes
  • Following company policies and procedures to produce accurate revenue
  • Billing and follow up to ensure timely collections of Private payers
  • Ensuring adherence to all related federal and state rules and regulations
  • The ideal candidate must have previous experience as a Business Office Manager in a skilled nursing facility.

We are looking for someone with experience who can coordinate the various support services and personnel needed to ensure that an office runs smoothly. The following list of responsibilities included but not limited to: Managing critical deadlines and keen attention to detail Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, Private Insurance, HMOs and Hospice Knowledge of verifying payor sources The ability to work across departments to achieve positive outcomes Knowledge of state and federal nursing home guidelines Track facility census information, send census on daily basis Admission Contract completion Prepare and scan deposits and enter data into Point Click Care Complete census, payer builds and payer verification in PCC Review resident accounts and aging reports on ongoing basis. Skills Required :

Experience of Business Office Management of at least 2 years, strong multitasking, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are critical for a successful career as a business office manager. Strong knowledge of Medicaid including the application process is preferred. Experience with Point Click Care software is preferred.
