Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager/Administrative Assistant to join our team! This vital role combines office management with administrative support, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional client service. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. You will handle a variety of clerical tasks, coordinate schedules, and serve as the first point of contact for clients and callers. Responsibilities Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and direct calls efficiently using professional phone etiquette Coordinate calendar appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly Perform data entry and maintain accurate records Provide exceptional client service at the front desk by greeting visitors, handling inquiries, and supporting client communication Handle clerical tasks including filing, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence Experience Proven office management experience with a strong background in administrative support roles Experience working with multi-line phone systems and providing excellent customer support Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively Previous experience with personal assistant duties or calendar management is preferred Join us to be part of a client focused team. Pay:
$17.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week
