Office Manager / Bookkeeper No Dinx, Inc. - Albany, OR No Dinx, Inc. is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper / Office Manager to handle AP, AR, reconciliations, and daily office operations in a hands-on, detail-focused role. Position Overview No Dinx, Inc. is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Office Manager / Bookkeeper to own the day-to-day financial and administrative functions of the business. This is a hands-on role focused on bookkeeping and office operations , ensuring accuracy, organization, and consistency across the company. This role is primarily office-based but includes occasional customer interaction and front desk support when needed . This is not a high-level accounting or financial strategy position . We work with an external CPA for tax and advanced accounting functions. This role is about owning the details and keeping the business running smoothly day-to-day . Key Responsibilities Bookkeeping & Financial Operations Maintain accurate day-to-day bookkeeping records Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and collections Manage Accounts Payable (AP) Perform bank and credit card reconciliations Use QuickBooks Online (QBO) daily to manage and maintain accurate financial records Coordinate payroll processing with external provider Ensure financial records are accurate, organized, and up to date Office Operations Oversee daily office administrative functions Maintain organized internal systems and documentation Ensure consistency and follow-through across office workflows Act as a central point of coordination for day-to-day operations Provide support in customer-facing situations as needed Team & Office Support Supervise front office/reception staff Support a structured and efficient work environment Help maintain clear communication and accountability across the office Step into front desk/customer-facing responsibilities when needed (lunches, coverage, etc.) General Responsibility Serve as a dependable point of contact when ownership is not present Assist with day-to-day operational questions and coordination Required Qualifications Experience in bookkeeping or accounting administration Strong experience with AR, AP, and reconciliations High attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational and follow-through skills Solid experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) is required Strong computer proficiency, including the ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple software systems Reliable, consistent work habits Strong communication skills Preferred Qualifications Small business experience Experience working in a multi-department environment Experience supporting payroll processes Experience supervising administrative staff What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who: Takes ownership of their work and follows through consistently Is highly organized and detail-oriented Is comfortable working in a hands-on, day-to-day operational role Values accuracy, structure, and consistency Brings a calm, steady presence to a busy environment Is ready to work and engaged at the start of the day Is comfortable interacting with customers and supporting a customer-facing team when needed This Role Is a
