Job Description

In Office Administrator - Intern Executive Security Services is seeking a detail-oriented and organized intern to support our operations, compliance, and administrative teams. This internship provides hands-on experience in workforce compliance, records management, invoicing, inventory tracking, and business operations. We are looking for someone who takes pride in doing things well, stays accountable, works with purpose, and enjoys being part of a team. Schedule Monday -
Friday:
10:00 to 16:00 at our office
Responsibilities:
Compliance & Training Support Conduct audits on employee training completion. Email and call employees who are due or past due for required training. Save certifications and training records in personnel files. Update employee skills and certifications in our employee system, TrackTik. Assist with DPSST compliance audits. Help maintain instructor lists and compliance documentation. Send and manage forms through DocuSign. Administrative & Operations Support Maintain and track uniform inventory. Assist with invoice processing. Enter bills into QuickBooks Online. Assist with ATM closeout processes. Enter new client information into multiple platforms, including TrackTik and QuickBooks. Assist with preparing and sending contracts. Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable making phone calls and sending professional emails
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly
  • Experience with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace preferred
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks, DocuSign, or TrackTik is a plus but not required What You'll Gain
