Job Description

Overview GSD Associates is seeking a detail‑oriented Front Office Administrator to support daily business operations in a small, collaborative office environment. GSD is a Value Added Reseller (VAR) specializing in ruggedized data‑collection equipment for clients across diverse industries throughout the Pacific Northwest. This role is essential to ensuring smooth administrative, financial, and customer‑support functions for both on‑site and remote team members. Responsibilities Front Office Support — Manage incoming phone calls and general office communications. Accounts Receivable — Process customer invoices, payments, and account updates. Accounts Payable — Assist with vendor invoices, payments, and reconciliation. Contract Administration — Track and manage maintenance contract renewals and related documentation. Experience PC proficiency with strong working knowledge of word‑processing and spreadsheet creation/maintenance. QuickBooks experience preferred (not required). AR/AP experience preferred (not required). Ability to work effectively in a small office environment supporting both on‑site operations and remote employees. Attention to detail and accuracy are critical skills
Pay:
$18.00 - $26.00 per hour
