You will be responsible for tracking firm KPIs and employee performance metrics, managing payroll processes, coordinating office operations, handling employee relations matters, and ensuring that daily business functions run smoothly and efficiently. You will also serve as a primary point of contact for internal grievances, office vendors, and administrative problem-solving. In this role, you will work closely with the firm owner and attorneys to monitor employee performance expectations, provide support where needed, and help implement corrective actions when appropriate.
