https://youtu.be/90ox7N_gprI This role involves overseeing the administrative and operational functions of a law firm specializing in personal injury. You will be responsible for tracking firm KPIs and employee performance metrics, managing payroll processes, coordinating office operations, handling employee relations matters, and ensuring that daily business functions run smoothly and efficiently. You will also serve as a primary point of contact for internal grievances, office vendors, and administrative problem-solving. In this role, you will work closely with the firm owner and attorneys to monitor employee performance expectations, provide support where needed, and help implement corrective actions when appropriate. You will prepare reports for leadership review, coordinate regular feedback loops, and help maintain accountability systems that support both employee growth and firm-wide success. Beyond daily operations, this position requires thoughtful leadership, organization, and adaptability. You will oversee onboarding processes, coordinate employee engagement activities, monitor PTO and payroll tracking, and help ensure compliance with workplace policies and employment regulations. You will also assist in developing and implementing internal policies and procedures while helping maintain a positive and professional office culture. You will play a key role in supporting the long-term stability and growth of the firm by helping create systems that improve efficiency, communication, and accountability. This includes coordinating firm events, assisting with office logistics, answering phones and conducting intakes, managing relationships with vendors, and ensuring that internal processes remain organized and effective. Your ability to balance professionalism, discretion, and problem-solving will be essential to success in this position.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as this role involves both independent work and collaboration with team members across the firm. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Experience with office management, employee relations, payroll processing, or legal office administration is strongly preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as this role requires frequent collaboration with attorneys, staff, vendors, and leadership. You should be comfortable addressing workplace concerns, following up on delegated tasks, and helping maintain a productive and respectful work environment. Experience with KPI tracking, administrative systems, or HR-related responsibilities is a plus.
