$85,000 - $88,000 per year Lead Operations. Support People. Drive Results. We're looking for an organized, hands-on Office Manager to lead our administrative operations and help keep our facility running efficiently. This is a high-impact leadership role that partners closely with the General Manager to support office operations, customer service, compliance, reporting, and employee development. What You'll Do Office & Administrative Leadership Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office and administrative functions. Lead, coach, and develop office team members, including hiring and training when needed. Ensure accurate and timely reporting, documentation, and administrative support for facility operations. Maintain organized records, contracts, permits, certificates, and compliance documentation. Manage priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Team Leadership & Customer Service Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and exceptional customer service. Support staff development through training, coaching, and performance management. Ensure customers receive accurate information, timely service, and professional support. Serve as a key resource for resolving operational and administrative issues. Business Operations & Reporting Monitor operational reports and business metrics to support decision-making. Assist with month-end processes, data tracking, and administrative reporting. Help identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and streamline workflows. Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, customers, and business partners. Safety & Compliance Promote a safe and compliant workplace for employees, customers, and visitors. Ensure adherence to company policies, OSHA requirements, and environmental regulations. Support audits, process reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 5+ years of office administration, business operations, accounting, bookkeeping, logistics, or related experience. 2+ years of leadership, supervisory, or management experience. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines. Preferred Qualifications Associate degree or higher in Business Administration, Accounting, Management, or a related field. Experience in manufacturing, recycling, logistics, transportation, industrial operations, or a similar environment. Experience with inventory tracking, purchasing, contracts, compliance, or operational reporting. Accounting, bookkeeping, or financial reporting experience.
