Our Salem Branch Office Manager must be both : Operationally disciplined Revenue accountable You will not only oversee caregivers and compliance — you will build sustainable referral channels that produce long-term, high-LTV clients. What You Will Be Accountable For:
Operational Leadership Hiring, onboarding, and retaining high-quality caregivers Compliance with Arizona non-medical home care regulations Scheduling stability and service quality Client satisfaction and retention Protecting branch margin Strategic Referral Development Building Tier A professional channels (elder law, fiduciaries, wealth advisors, LTC brokers) Maintaining Tier B relationships Reducing dependency on short-term hospital volume Increasing average start hours (target 24+ Hours /week) Improving 90-day and 120-day retention This is not volume-chasing. This is disciplined, long-term growth . What Success Looks Like You will be measured on: Weekly billable hours Average start hours 90 and 120-day retention Referral source mix (Tier A growth) Net margin contribution Caregiver retention This is a scoreboard role with transparent metrics. We are seeking a professional who demonstrates: Structured, detail-oriented leadership Calm, credible communication Strong documentation and compliance discipline Proven ability to build professional referral relationships Experience managing both people and revenue Comfort discussing risk mitigation and long-term planning
Preferred :
3+ years leadership in home care or healthcare services B2B referral development experience P&L or budget responsibility
