Job Description
Office Manager / Bookkeeper We're a destination marketing organization serving Columbia and Montour Counties looking to hire a parttime Office Manager/Bookkeeper in our Bloomsburg location. The Impact You'll Make As our Office Manager/Bookkeeper, you'll be the organizational heartbeat of our business. You'll keep our financial records accurate, our office running smoothly, and our team supported so they can focus on what they do best. What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
- Oversee office operations—ordering of supplies and other general administrative support.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for financial and operational records.
- Coordinate with external accountants and county auditors for audit, tax preparation and compliance.
- HR functions such as onboarding, payroll processing, and employee record management.
- Welcome visitors into the welcome center and offer assistance. What You'll Bring
- Proven experience in bookkeeping and office management (QuickBooks software proficiency required).
- Strong organizational skills with a knack for creating efficient systems.
