This is a leadership position that oversees all administrative aspects of the DDAP-and-OMH-licensed clinic serving mental health, substance abuse, and psychiatric clients and outpatient therapists, psychiatrist, and administrative staff. The right candidate will be a supportive role model and point person for issues from all staff. You will be expected to develop and maintain an atmosphere conducive to teamwork among the employees of your building. It is also expected that you collaborate and co-lead with the team leader of the clinic. Main duties for the position will include but are not limited to: Staffing and planning coverage for the administrative office Orienting new staff to company policies and procedures Assisting, directing, and evaluating the administrative duties of the clinical staff Serving as the on-site records custodian for clinical documentation Coordinating scheduling, insurance authorization, and financial obligations for clients Overseeing the processing of client intakes and discharges All applicants may be tested on attention to detail and computer skills.
