Description for
Office Manager:
Reconciliation of company bank accounts. Post monthly standard entries and update accordingly. Track all accounting reserves on a monthly basis. Daily cash deposit and application of A/R checks. Co-ordinate annual forecast for parts and service. Audit monthly parts inventory reconciliations and distribute parts trend and health reporting. Monthly reporting and analysis of key performance reports to managers. Reconciliation and analysis of all balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis. Pinnacle posting and reconciliation. Prepare consolidated income statements. Prepare commercial lease questionaires. Assist with monthly and year end accounting close. Requirements for
Office Manager:
This position requires a bachelor's degree in accounting and minimum ten (10) years of experience in an automotive or truck dealership accounting position. Knowledge of technical and professional principles and skills of accounting. Knowledge of CDK accounting software. CPA designation preferred. Advanced Excel skills. Ability to work in a fast pace entrepreneurial environment. Ability to maintain good working relationships with co-workers, supervisor, management, and department head staff and various agency personnel. Ability to communicate both orally and in writing with a wide range of people.
