Job Description

General Description:
Provide front-desk reception, customer service, and full office support including bookkeeping, payroll, scheduling, and general administrative duties.
Examples of Duties:
Greet visitors and manage telephone and reception duties. Deliver excellent customer service and accurately handle counter transactions. Process payroll and maintain payroll records. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. Maintain the general ledger and assist with month-end reconciliations.
Perform day-to-day office tasks:
filing, mail handling, ordering supplies, and office organization. Prepare reports, correspondence, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office. Support administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in reception, customer service, and administrative roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Bookkeeping experience with payroll, A/P, A/R, and general ledger knowledge. Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail. Professional, reliable and customer-focused.
Preferred:
Experience with QuickBooks and ADP Payroll.
