The ideal candidate should have a combination of education and experience with an aptitude for problem-solving and a highly positive attitude . As the first person most of our customers see and hear, we understand and invest in this highly sought position. We are looking for a candidate who is able to work at any of our locations in South Jersey/Philadelphia (8 local shops). We consistently move up and train for the next position so that is why we are actively looking.

Starting Salary:

$50,000.00 - $65,000.00 Based on experience and prior collision knowledge. Must be willing to travel and work in any location in the area.

Responsibilities:

Maintain a professional and friendly attitude at all times while interacting with clients, insurance adjusters, tow truck drivers, and other third-party vendors Organize and manage workflow within the front office Ensure that all front office procedures are followed accurately and in a timely fashion Coordinate with other members of management to ensure that the collision center is meeting its goals and objectives Maintain accurate records of all front-office transactions The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Front Office Manager or similar role. They should possess excellent leadership skills, strong customer service skills, and be highly organized. The ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently is essential.
