This role works closely with the Sales & Leasing Manager and plays a key part in keeping office, tenants, and internal operations running smoothly. Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. $23.00 per hour. Robinson. Temp-to-Hire.
Responsibilities:
Serve as first point of contact by answering and directing incoming calls Provide administrative support to multiple teams and to President, including coordinating materials for board meetings and assisting with operational administrative tasks Coordinate communication between tenants and internal team members Support day-to-day administrative operations of the company's retail, office, and industrial property portfolio Maintain and organize both physical and digital filing systems, including leases and tenant records Assist in managing property-related issues by coordinating with tenants, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely resolution Assist the Sales & Leasing Manager with marketing initiatives, including property listings, promotional materials, and online content updates Maintain and update company website content to ensure accuracy and reflect current property availability
Qualifications:
Administrative experience within a real estate or property management office preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and professionalism High attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including a working knowledge of Excel (data entry, formatting, and tracking) Additional Details How To Identify Potential Job Scams
