Job Description

Marcus & Hoffman, P.C. is a Delaware County law firm located in Media and well established in the practices of community association law, construction litigation and real estate. Through over 25 years of practice the mid-size law firm has grown to currently represent over 300 community associations and corporate clients. We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to fill the position of a long-time employee who is retiring. About the position This is a leadership position within the firm, responsible for overseeing financial, administrative and operational functions. This role ensures day-to-day processes run seamlessly, and internal systems stay organized and efficient. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs before they arise, follows through without being asked, and takes pride in keeping everything on track.
Experience requirements:
  • 5 - 10+ years' bookkeeping/accounting experience, proficient in QuickBooks with a strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
  • Law firm or other professional service environment bookkeeping is preferred.
  • Timeslips application experience is a plus.
  • High level of attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Advanced skill level of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Third-party payroll processing.
  • Benefits administration; including insurance and retirement plan enrollments and annual renewals.
  • Administrative operations; including resourcing and purchasing supplies, working with vendors to ensure seamless operations of telecommunications, outsourced IT support, janitorial services, maintaining the security of the building, etc.

Pay:
$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
