We are looking for a full-time Office Manager who feels called to lead with excellence, steward our systems, and protect the peace of our practice. Core Responsibilities Team Leadership & Culture You are the steward of our team environment. Train, mentor, and support team members Manage staff scheduling and performance Build and maintain SOPs so nothing "lives in someone's head" Administer ClickUp (onboarding, task clarity, workflow organization) Foster a culture of joy, ownership, and excellence Our team should feel supported, empowered, and clear — not overwhelmed. Financial Stewardship We believe peace includes financial clarity.You will oversee:
Patient payment plans and financial communication Refund reviews and authorizations Budget tracking and financial reporting This role ensures that our financial systems reflect integrity, transparency, and sustainability. Operational Excellence This is where your leadership shines. Oversee daily clinic operations Improve systems and workflows Prepare regular performance and metric reports Ensure patient targets are supported operationally We require excellence, not perfection, and commitment to growth.
