Job Description

Description:
Goldman Properties Philadelphia is seeking a professional, customer-service-oriented Front Office Manager to oversee daily front-office operations and provide a welcoming, helpful presence for tenants, guests, vendors, and team members. This role will also support tenant relations, administrative tasks, and special projects.
Compensation:
$50,000-$55,000 annually

Essential Functions:
Manage the front desk and front office area, including answering phones, greeting guests, tenants, and vendors, and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment. Ensure all front office equipment functions properly and coordinate repairs or service calls as needed, including maintenance of the copier and postage machine. Order office supplies and maintain appropriate inventory levels. Prepare and send correspondence, notices, and memorandums to tenants as needed. Maintain the Kastle system by entering new tenants and guests and removing terminated tenants and guests. Assist with entering work orders in Yardi, coordinating with maintenance, tracking progress, and updating tenants on the status of work orders. Maintain and update the lobby directory. Provide administrative support to the Assistant Controller, Chief Engineer, and Director of Leasing. Coordinate with the Tenant Program Manager on events, including catering orders, setup, breakdown, and related needs. Promote and maintain positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and guests while keeping management informed of any issues or concerns. Serve as the primary contact for tenant-related matters, including maintenance requests, lease renewal inquiries, and general questions. Coordinate with the appropriate departments to ensure tenant matters are handled and tracked from beginning to completion. Show vacant units to prospective tenants on an as-needed basis. Assist with special projects and other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Associate's degree. Proficiency with Yardi, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook) preferred. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities and workflows. Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-up. Ability to self-manage.
