Responsibilities Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with friendly phone etiquette and professional demeanor Oversee calendar management, scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating events to optimize productivity Handle incoming calls using multi-line phone systems, providing exceptional customer service and support to clients and staff Maintain accurate records through data entry, spreadsheet management, and document proofreading using Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity software Assist with office management duties such as supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and organizing files for easy access Support bookkeeping tasks by utilizing QuickBooks for invoicing, expense tracking, and financial record keeping Provide general clerical support including word processing, typing correspondence, and managing emails efficiently Skills Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel (spreadsheets), and Outlook for email management Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software for financial transactions and record keeping Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Bilingual abilities are highly valued to assist diverse client needs and enhance communication within the team Demonstrated office management experience with a focus on time management and prioritization of tasks Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional phone communication and phone etiquette Proven clerical experience including data entry, proofreading, calendar management, and document handling Technical proficiency in office equipment such as multi-line phones, printers, scanners, and computer systems Join us as an Office Administrator to be a key contributor in creating an efficient workplace where professionalism meets energy! Pay:
