Job Description

We invite you to explore the position below and to submit your application to join our team! The Regional Office Administrator provides senior leadership for defined regions and associated offices. The Regional Office Administrator identifies and acts to elevate people connectivity in those regions, as well as supports location(s) and population needs, as well as assures effective execution of all aspects of daily site operations. The Regional Office Administrator leads, manages, and coordinates across all office-specific functions, including direct leadership of best-in-class hospitality experiences for internal and external clients delivered by conference services and facilities staff; takes a proactive role in sustaining and energizing a local culture that supports positive connection with the larger firm; partners with administrative departments to meet the needs of our attorneys and clients; and works directly with relevant Office Managing Partners (OMPs) on a cohesive approach to long-term planning and management of key location issues for the assigned regions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Partners closely with assigned OMPs to understand culture and staff needs in their locations, identifying and acting on cross-region needs to improve efficient operation of locations and deliver world-class employee experiences Participates in strategic and tactical planning for the offices in the assigned region, including cost containment, quality control, risk management and culture development Manages conference services team responsible for designing and executing a large number of internal, external, and client-facing meetings and special events, ensuring a first-in-class hospitality experience Oversees the ongoing and management of assigned physical office spaces, in partnership with the relevant facilities and operations team for each region Creates an environment promoting a positive morale and encourages connection, growth, productivity, efficiency, performance excellence and a culture of collaboration Proactively engages with attorneys, management, and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention, finding creative ways to involve employees and leverage practices from across the firm in team building through community service, employee recognition and other initiatives Leads preparation of annual region operating budgets, accounting for needs of all offices within the region and including forecasting of future needs; ensures continuous monitoring of assigned budgets throughout the year, identifying any issues, and addressing as needed Leads and/or partners on short and long-term space planning, design, and renovation projects, including the improvement of existing space to serve the changing needs of the practice of law Provides focused development opportunities for assigned team members to build new skills and capabilities, identifying key needs and ongoing feedback to support their future growth Partners with other administrative departments as communications conduit and local presence in various firm-wide initiatives
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to relate to and influence individuals at all levels, internally and externally and build productive relationships Ability to forecast and make long-range decisions, sometimes with minimal information, in alignment with overall firm plans and priorities Knowledge of legal or other professional service organizations with prior experience managing business operations. Capable of identifying personnel issues, developing creative and effective solutions, and resolving conflict through acceptable and practical business solutions Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively and efficiently Ability to identify and analyze complex workflow issues and recommend and implement solutions High level of discretion and diplomacy Excellent people management skills Education and/or
Experience:
Bachelor's Degree or commensurate professional work experience and/or professional certification Minimum of five (5) years of experience in an office management or administration leadership role; experience in a legal/professional services environment beneficial Proven experience effectively managing people managers and senior-level professionals Demonstrated success managing across locations, with a focus on delivering consistent experiences that are relevant by location while aligned to a larger cross-firm approach Previous law firm experience strongly preferred #LI-Onsite The Firm will comply with any applicable city or state workplace mandates in effect in regards to Covid-19. Hiring Salary Range:
