Our team takes pride in reliability, professionalism, and excellent customer care. We are currently seeking a motivated and organized Office Administrator to support our daily operations.
Position Summary:
The Office Administrator plays a key role in keeping our office running smoothly. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. You will be the first point of contact for customers and a central hub for coordinating service operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls and provide excellent customer service Schedule service appointments and coordinate technician dispatching Manage daily work orders and ensure accurate job tracking Perform general administrative duties including filing and data entry Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) tasks Assist with inventory tracking and ordering supplies Maintain organized records and office systems Support team members and contribute to overall operational efficiency
Qualifications:
Previous office administration or customer service experience preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with computers and standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, scheduling systems) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities Preferred (but not required): Experience in a service-based or construction-related industry Familiarity with dispatching or scheduling software Basic accounting knowledge (AR/AP experience)
