Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager to assist with our administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office environment. This vital role involves overseeing daily administrative tasks, managing office procedures, and providing exceptional support to staff and visitors alike. The ideal candidate will bring energy, efficiency, and a proactive approach to keep our office running seamlessly, fostering a positive and productive workplace atmosphere. Responsibilities Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, handling inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming environment Oversee multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally using proper phone etiquette Coordinate calendar management and scheduling for meetings, appointments, and office events Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, proofreading, and document management using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools Handle clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and organizing office supplies to ensure operational readiness Support bookkeeping and basic financial tasks using QuickBooks Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients, vendors, and team members promptly and courteously Skills Advanced skillset in QuickBooks Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette best practices Excellent computer literacy with the ability to perform data entry, proofreading, and document formatting accurately Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Previous experience as a receptionist or personal assistant is advantageous Ability to handle clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and managing office supplies with attention to detail Effective communication skills for customer support and internal collaboration Join us as an Office Manager if you're ready to energize our workplace with your organizational prowess, positive attitude, and dedication to excellence.
