CEO Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Full charge bookkeeper/ office manager to support our daily business operations. This role combines financial administration, payroll support, invoicing, and general office coordination, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, hands-on environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality. Key Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping & Financial Administration Record and maintain accurate day-to-day financial transactions using accounting software Reconcile accounts and ensure financial records are up to date Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes Prepare basic financial reports and summaries for leadership Manage invoicing, track payments, and follow up on outstanding balances Payroll & HR Support Collect, review, and verify employee timesheets for payroll processing Assist with payroll preparation and ensure timely and accurate submissions Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including paperwork and system updates Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries Office & Operations Support Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) Assist with internal communications and documentation Support special projects and process improvements as needed Qualifications 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping, office management, or a related role 1+ years of experience with QuickBooks required Basic understanding of payroll and HR processes preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality Proficiency in Google Workspace Excellent communication and time-management skills If you enjoy keeping things organized, supporting a growing team, and being a key part of daily operations, we'd love to hear from you.
