In this role, you'll lead and inspire an administrative team of 3-4 staff across both our Reading and Lebanon offices. You'll alternate your presence weekly; three days in one office, two in the other, then flip the next week. There's flexibility in how that rotation works, but a weekly presence in both locations is essential. You'll oversee all administrative functions, ensuring smooth operations. We prefer candidates with home care experience, but we welcome those with extensive medical or office leadership backgrounds. Supervisory experience of at least 2-3 years is required. You'll enjoy a balanced schedule: Our office hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and once your weekly tasks are completed, no additional time is expected outside that. But as a salaried role, occasional extra hours may be needed to ensure success. Compensation is 48-$50,000 per year.
