We are looking for an organized and reliable Office Administrator to join our front office team. Job Overview If you love order, clear guidelines, and steady, task-oriented work, this role is a great fit. You don't need advanced technical skills—just a high comfort level using a computer to accurately input information into our systems. You will serve as the administrative backbone of our daily operations by handling routine data entry, managing basic timekeeping, and keeping our front office running smoothly. We offer excellent schedule flexibility, though the role requires a dedicated presence for a few key hours each day to complete time-sensitive daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities Data Entry & QuickBooks Support:
Accurately enter routine financial, customer, and vendor information into QuickBooks by following straightforward standard operating procedures.
Timekeeper Assistance:
Collect, track, and input employee time entry records for payroll processing.
Process Execution:
Follow clear, step-by-step instructions to complete recurring daily and weekly tasks accurately and on time.
Qualifications & Skills Computer Literacy:
Comfortable sitting at a workstation, navigating standard software, and entering data accurately and efficiently on a keyboard.
Organization & Detail:
Strong organizational habits with high attention to accuracy in routine data input.
Instruction-Driven:
Ability to follow simple, clear directions and established procedures consistently.
Reliability:
Dependable daily attendance during agreed-upon core hours.
Communication:
Friendly demeanor and professional presence for a front-office environment.
