Job Description

Job Overview Goldstein & DiPaolo P.C., a public accounting firm in Warminster, is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Front Desk / Office Administrator to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a professional office environment and interacting with clients while supporting day-to-day administrative operations. Responsibilities Greet and assist clients in a professional and friendly manner Answer and direct phone calls and manage front desk operations Perform administrative and office support tasks Maintain files and office records Use QuickBooks for administrative/accounting support functions Create and manage documents and spreadsheets using Microsoft Word and Excel Support office organization and general workflow Qualifications Previous office administration or front desk experience preferred Experience with QuickBooks required Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities Ability to multitask and work independently Schedule 15-20 flexible hours per week January through
April:
increased hours available ( 25-40 hours per week ) Compensation & Benefits $25.00 per hour Flexible scheduling Permanent part-time opportunity Professional and welcoming office environment
