Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the administrative operations of our client's manufacturing facility. You will be the central hub of the company, ensuring that the workflow between administration, production, and logistics remains seamless. The ideal candidate is comfortable in a fast-paced industrial environment and can balance high-level executive support with the "boots on the ground" reality of a plant floor.

Act as the central point of contact between sales, production supervisors, and the warehouse to ensure smooth order flow.ERP & Documentation:
Manage data entry for production orders and maintain organized records for ISO, OSHA, and quality compliance.Logistics Coordination:
Prepare shipping documents (BOLs, packing slips) and coordinate with freight carriers for timely pickups.Purchasing & Inventory:
Manage procurement for office supplies and shop consumables (PPE, tools) to prevent production delays.Financial Support:
Handle Accounts Payable/Receivable tasks, vendor invoicing, and expense tracking.Payroll & Timekeeping:
Audit shop floor timecards for accuracy, tracking overtime and shift differentials.HR Administration:
Facilitate new-hire onboarding, safety training records, and employee file maintenance.Facility Oversight:
