Job Description
Job Summary Christian Home Services is seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Manager to support our growing residential heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing key administrative functions, supporting daily operations, assisting with payroll, coordinating employee onboarding, and working closely with the Warehouse Manager to manage our fleet. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Office & Operations Management Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure efficiency and organization. Support communication between management, office staff, field technicians, and customers. Maintain employee records, company documentation, and office procedures. Assist with scheduling and other operational needs as required. Fleet Coordination Partner with the Warehouse Manager to coordinate company fleet operations. Track vehicle maintenance schedules, registrations, inspections, and service records. Assist with ensuring fleet readiness and compliance. Employee Onboarding Manage the onboarding process for new team members. Prepare and process new-hire paperwork and employment documentation. Coordinate orientations, training schedules, and employee setup. Serve as a welcoming point of contact for new employees. Payroll Support Assist with payroll processing by reviewing timesheets and ensuring accurate employee records. Track PTO, attendance, and payroll-related documentation. Work with management to resolve payroll discrepancies and maintain compliance. Qualifications Previous experience in office management, administrative support, HR, payroll, or a related field. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general office software. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Experience in the home services, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or construction industry is a plus.
