Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant/Office Manager. This role requires a combination of administrative support and office management responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively. Responsibilities Perform administrative support to ownership including the preparation and review of business and financial documents and reports. Perform accounting activities related to financial statements, tax returns, accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll. Perform various businesses activities necessary for managing Hotel, Commercial and Residential Properties and Tenants. Handle incoming calls and correspondence, redirecting as necessary Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning Oversee office maintenance and ensure a clean and organized work environment
Experience:
Proficient in Quickbooks, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Excellent written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues Please note that only qualified candidates will be contacted for further consideration.
