You will help set up our Agency Management System (AMS), define workflows, manage carrier appointments, and ensure compliance. We offer a positive and enjoyable work experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and manage the Agency Management System Establish workflows for quoting, binding, and renewing commercial policies Coordinate with carriers to manage underwriting relationships Supervise daily clerical operations Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Qualifications:
3-5+ years in commercial lines insurance, ideally with small to mid-sized agency Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license Strong proficiency in technology and AMS implementation & management Possess organizational skills to prioritize workflows in a timely, and accurate manner. Effective communication skills, in written, oral or schedule form Computer literate - Proficient use of Windows systems, Microsoft Office software (including Word, Excel, Outlook), database programs and general office equipment Ability to develop and maintain effective, professional relationships with co-workers, carriers, vendors and other business contacts Professional work ethic.
