Fun, Family environment with a team culture. Must be able to work independently and productively at home as well as in the studio 1-2 shifts per week.
Job Purpose:
Oversee and maintain office operations by receiving and distributing communications; assist the Studio Director in office staff scheduling, studio communications, and day to day operations; creating social media content; when working in the studio- greeting, serving customers, and registering families for classes. Responsibilities
  • Must walk into the studio with a smile and energy that says you are happy to be there.
  • Greets families as they arrive at the studio. Welcomes new families and registers new students.
  • Forwards information by receiving and distributing communications; collecting and mailing correspondence; copying information.
  • Maintains supplies by checking stock to determine inventory levels; anticipating requirements; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt; stocking items;
  • Maintains office schedule, ability to cash out and run reports.
  • Serves customers by answering questions; forwarding messages; confirming customer orders; keeping customers informed of order status, studio current events and taking payments for classes etc. Customers always come first.
  • Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Daily cleaning duties such as sweeping, dusting, mopping, and maintaining studio bathrooms is requiredwhen working in studio shifts.
Skills/Qualifications:
Office Experience - General, Scheduling, Telephone Skills, Typing, Documentation Skills, Verbal Communication, Written Communication, Dependability, Attention to Detail, Administrative Writing Skills, Ability to Multi-task, Excellent People Skills. Knowledge of Google suite, excel, and canva are useful. Manage front desk activities, including greeting families, and professional phone etiquette. Support calendar management and scheduling for team meetings, appointments, and client interactions using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and supporting client communication efforts Coordinate office supplies procurement, monitor inventory levels, and ensure the office environment remains organized and efficient Perform clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, word processing, and maintaining accurate data entry records Qualifications Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills Proficiency in Google Workspace applications Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual ability is a plus Strong computer literacy with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles, including phone communication and phone etiquette Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail in data entry and proofreading Willingness to learn and be a team player
