ABOUT NOURISH FOOD SERVICE
Nourish Food Service LLC is a thriving, food service management company serving K-12 schools, senior living communities, and healthcare facilities throughout Georgia. Our innovative commissary-based delivery model and dedication to quality have positioned us as a trusted partner across four specialized divisions.
THE OPPORTUNITY
We're seeking a detail-oriented Business Office Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our Atlanta headquarters. This critical role combines financial operations (accounts payable and receivable), human resources administration, and general office management to support our growing team of 50 employees. WHAT YOU'LL DO
Financial Operations (AP/AR): Process vendor invoices, manage payment cycles, and maintain vendor relationships through Bill.com platform Generate customer invoices, monitor accounts receivable aging, and coordinate collection efforts Reconcile accounts, resolve billing discrepancies, and maintain accurate financial records Generate monthly AP/AR reports and support month-end close processes
Human Resources:
Coordinate new hire onboarding including I-9 verification, background checks, and orientation Maintain employee personnel files in compliance with federal and state requirements Administer benefits enrollment, process status changes, and serve as employee benefits contact Track PTO accruals, manage leave requests, and ensure FMLA compliance Support recruitment activities including job postings and interview coordination
Office Management:
Serve as first point of contact for office communications and visitors Manage office supplies, equipment maintenance, and facility coordination Maintain insurance certificates, licenses, and regulatory compliance documentation Support contract administration, meeting logistics, and special projects
WHAT YOU NEED
Required:
2-3 Days in Office in Snellville GA. In Office Days Tues, Wed, Thurs Associate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience) 3-5 years of experience in office management, accounting, or HR administration Proficiency with accounting software (Bill.com, QuickBooks, or similar) and HRIS systems Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel formulas, pivot tables, Word mail merge) Strong understanding of accounts payable/receivable principles and basic accounting Knowledge of HR compliance (I-9, EEOC, FMLA, benefits administration) Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines High attention to detail and accuracy in financial and personnel recordkeeping Professional communication skills with confidentiality and discretion
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Human Resources Experience in food service, contract management, or hospitality industry SHRM-CP, PHR, or other professional HR certification Familiarity with Bill.com, OnTheClock, and cloud-based document management Experience supporting small to mid-sized businesses through growth phases Knowledge of Georgia employment law and state-specific compliance

WORK SCHEDULE & LOCATION
Hybrid position: 3 days in-office (Snellville headquarters), 2 days remote Monday•Friday, 8:00 AM•5:00 PM Occasional flexibility required for month-end close and peak periods Minimal travel (less than 10%) to commissary or client sites
