We're now looking for a motivated, detail-oriented person to join us in a dual role: Medical Benefits Account Manager & Office Manager . This is an awesome opportunity for someone early in their career who's looking to learn, grow, and make a real impact as part of a progressive team. The Role This is a hybrid position where you'll help manage key client accounts while also keeping the office running smoothly. What You'll Do Account Management:
Support a set of client accounts—help with renewals, plan changes, and day-to-day questions Coordinate quoting and plan setup with insurance carriers Prepare proposals, renewal packets, and enrollment materials Keep clients happy and informed with friendly, helpful communication
Office & Team Support:
Keep the office organized and running efficiently (supplies, files, scheduling, etc.) Manage team calendars and help schedule meetings and field activities Learn and use modern scheduling and productivity tools (Calendly, Slack, Monday.com, etc.) Assist with admin tasks and jump in on team projects as needed What We're Looking For Someone early in their career who's eager to learn and grow Experience in benefits, insurance, or office admin is great (but not required if you're a fast learner) Organized, detail-oriented, and good at juggling multiple tasks Comfortable with technology and quick to pick up new tools Positive attitude, strong communicator, and team player Why You'll Love Working Here Be part of a supportive, forward-thinking team that values growth and collaboration Learn the ins and outs of the benefits world while growing your skills Real opportunities for advancement as our company continues to grow A chance to help shape how we operate and bring fresh ideas to the table Think this sounds like you?
