Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Administrator to join our team! This vital role ensures the smooth and efficient operation of our office environment by managing administrative tasks, supporting staff, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to foster a productive workplace. Duties Maintain accurate data entry, filing, and record keeping using Google Workspace and other office management tools Oversee calendar management and scheduling for meetings, appointments, and events with strong organizational skills Perform clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and preparing reports Support the General Manager with operational administrative tasks like; tracking material shipments, filing invoices, managing accounts payable. Manage and maintain the company DOT requirements. Manage and maintain electronic and physical document filing. Develop and manage an employee on boarding process. Generate and publish daily reports based on field crew data. Requirements Proven experience in office assistant, administrative support, or clerical roles with a focus on customer service excellence Strong computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and data entry skills Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment Previous experience as a receptionist, medical or dental receptionist, or personal assistant is advantageous Demonstrated ability to handle calendar management and office procedures efficiently Knowledge of phone etiquette, proofreading standards, and time management techniques
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
