Job Description
Full-Time | Hybrid | Deegan Woodworks — Santa Rosa, CA About Us Deegan Woodworks is a custom cabinet company specializing in residential cabinetry. We're looking for a detail-oriented team member to join our small, tight-knit shop and help keep our projects organized from design to delivery. About the Role This is a hybrid (fridays from home) position combining CAD/shop drawing production with day-to-day office administration. You'll split your time between creating accurate shop drawings for our production team and handling the administrative work that keeps the business running smoothly. It's a great fit for someone who's organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable wearing two hats. Responsibilities Shop Drawings & CAD
- Create detailed shop drawings from designer/sales specs for production
- Verify measurements, materials, and hardware specs before drawings go to the shop floor
- Communicate with sales and production to resolve discrepancies or design questions
- Maintain and organize drawing files and project documentation Administrative
- Manage scheduling, purchase orders, and material ordering
- Handle invoicing, basic bookkeeping, and vendor communication
- Answer phones, respond to customer emails, and coordinate with clients on project timelines
- Keep project files, contracts, and records organized and up to date
- Support the owner/production manager with day-to-day office operations Qualifications
- Experience with CAD software (e.g., CabinetVision, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar) — willingness to learn our specific software considered
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable with basic office software (Microsoft Office/Google Workspace)
- Experience in cabinetry, millwork, or construction industry a plus, but not required
- Good communicator, self-starter, able to manage competing priorities Details

Compensation:
