Office Administrator (Temp to Hire) Williamsburg, MA $20-$25/hour | Full-Time | Tuesday-Saturday | On-Site We're partnering with a well-established local service company seeking a dependable and customer-focused Office Administrator to keep daily operations running smoothly. This is a fully in-person role ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, staying organized, and taking ownership of a wide variety of administrative responsibilities in a collaborative small business environment. What You'll Do Serve as the first point of contact for customers in person, over the phone, and via email. Schedule service appointments and maintain accurate customer information. Prepare service documentation, contracts, and permits. Keep customer records organized and up to date. Support communication with the operations team regarding active projects. Assist with inventory tracking, ordering, and showroom organization. Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and welcoming for customers. Resolve customer questions and concerns with professionalism and care. What We're Looking For Previous office administration, administrative support, or customer service experience. Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and work independently. Professional verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Comfortable learning new software and technology. Ability and willingness to occasionally assist customers loading bags into their car (up to 40 lbs)
Schedule Tuesday-Friday:
9:00 AM - 5:00
PM Saturday:
