Job Summary
THIS POSITION IS A HYBRID REMOTE POSITION AFTER APPLICABLE TRAINING.
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Administrator to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the backbone of daily office operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your energetic approach and exceptional organizational skills will help foster a productive environment, support team members, and provide outstanding customer service. Duties Ability to thrive in fast paced environments Manage front desk responsibilities remotely and at local office, including greeting visitors, meeting with clients if needed. answering multi-line phone systems, and directing calls with professionalism and courtesy Oversee office management tasks such as supply ordering, maintaining office equipment, and coordinating maintenance requests Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using spreadsheets and productivity software like Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Handle clerical duties including proofreading documents, preparing reports, and managing correspondence with clients and vendors Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to ensure financial accuracy Support team members with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and managing calendars Provide excellent customer support by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email and ensuring client communication is clear and professional Experience Proven office experience with a strong background in administrative support and office management Payroll processing HR experience Internal conflict desecration and resolution Strong brainstorming and new idea implementation capabilities Strong multitasking abilities Strong time management skills Strong organizational and self efficiency with ability to work alone productively with minimal intervention•Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with spreadsheets for data organization Experience using QuickBooks or other accounting software for financial recordkeeping is preferred Excellent computer literacy skills with the ability to adapt to various productivity tools and technical platforms Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail for proofreading, data entry, and document management Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles that involved phone communication, phone etiquette, and client interaction Join us in creating a vibrant workplace where your organizational talents shine!
