Office Administrator Clinton, CT 06413 From $24 an hour
  • Full-time From $24 an hour
  • Full-time Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our busy water and radon company in Clinton, CT.
This full-time, year-round position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and is motivated to contribute as a key team player. The right candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer service background, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with a sense of urgency and accuracy. A sharp eye for detail, a collaborative spirit, and an enthusiastic, solution-driven mindset are essential to succeeding in this role. Experience with Service Titan, Outlook, and Quickbooks is a plus. Salary is commensurate with experience. Commission and Bonus opportunities available. Benefits eligibility begins after 30 days of full-time employment.   • Essential Functions
Customer Service Representative:
Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and text communications with professionalism and efficiency. Responsibilities include scheduling service and installation appointments, following up on estimates, processing warranty registrations, and collecting customer feedback. Requires strong responsiveness, multitasking ability, and a high sense of urgency.
    Dispatching:
    Coordinate and manage technician schedules while adapting to changing daily priorities. Provide timely communication and operational support to field staff, utilizing critical thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork to maintain workflow efficiency.
      Data Entry:
      Accurately enter and maintain customer information, equipment records, warranty documentation, and service plan data. Requires exceptional attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
        Accounts Receivable & Bookkeeping Support:
        Audit and distribute customer invoices and statements, prepare bank deposits, batch payments for accounting software export, and process commission reports. Requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to financial detail.
        • Work Location Setting
        • Office and workshop located in Clinton, CT
        • Ergonomic workstation in a comfortable office environment with modern systems
        • Moderate noise from adjoining workshop may be present at times
        • Primarily in-office role; limited monthly remote work allowance
        • Minimum Qualifications
        • High school diploma or equivalent
        • At least 2 years of customer service experience
        • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
