Job Description

Z Mill Inc. is an agricultural equipment dealership serving Southeastern Montana and Northeastern Wyoming. We specialize in providing high-quality new and used equipment sales, service, and parts. We pride ourselves on great customer service and building long-lasting relationships with our customer base. We proudly represent JCB, Vermeer, Deutz-Fahr, Great Plains and KIOTI. We are seeking an Office Admin to join us at Z Mill Inc. This role is essential for ensuring smooth office operations and providing outstanding support to our customers. This is an in office role, no remote positions available. Responsibilities
  • Perform accounting tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist with parts and inventory.
  • Provide excellent customer support via phone and in-person interactions.
  • Handle customer inquiries.
  • Support office management and sales team for after sales.
  • Special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • 2 Years of Accounting Experience is required.
  • Inventory Experience is required.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Excellent customer service and people skills.
  • Microsoft experience.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team.
