We're looking for someone special to join the Kaia Bowls Franchising team. If you're obsessed with organization, fluent in Microsoft 365, and thrive in a fast-paced growth environment, we want to talk to you.The Role:
Operations & Systems Manager - the person who keeps our franchisor machine running smoothly. You'll architect our cloud workflows, support our franchise communications, handle administrative excellence, and bring marketing and accounting awareness to the table.Think:
strategic administrator meets tech-savvy operational problem-solver. You're a fit if you:- Are expert-level in Microsoft 365 (Teams, Point, OneDrive, Excel - the whole suite)
- Have 3+ years of admin or operations experience, ideally in QSR or franchise
- Love automation, systems thinking, and turning chaos into clarity
- Communicate clearly and take ownership without being asked
- Are curious about learning new tools and growing alongside a scaling franchise brand Bonus points: Power Automate, Power BI, basic accounting knowledge, or franchise experience.
