You will work closely with the aquarist technicians and ownership to increase efficiency, profitability, and overall company performance. Responsibilities Receive and make inbound and outbound calls and texts (new and existing clients) Oversee new client intake (estimates, communication, scheduling) Schedule and dispatch technicians Conduct daily morning technician check-ins Track close rate, profitability, and key company KPIs Organize executive-level meetings and manage reminders Maintain and order livestock, equipment, and parts inventory Oversee warehouse organization and maintenance Oversee Bookkeeper and Media Coordinator Shop for and manage insurance policies (health, auto, liability, umbrella, etc.) Post job openings and screen candidatesProcess payroll Review and prepare invoices Pay bills and manage vendor payments Requirements Previous administrative experience required Experience with scheduling and/or dispatching required Strong business acumen and ability to make operational decisions Excellent customer service and resolution skills Strong organizational and time management skills Financial literacy Computer and internet literacy Ability to manage multiple moving parts without missing details
