Desired Qualifications:

Current and unencumbered RN license Recent experience in an Operating Room setting, with a specific emphasis on adult cardiac OR procedures BLS and ACLS certifications (required) Strong knowledge of sterile technique and perioperative nursing best practices Exceptional teamwork, critical thinking, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in all phases of adult cardiac surgical procedures within the OR, ensuring patient safety and optimal surgical outcomes Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care Maintain a sterile environment, monitor patient responses, and accurately document all aspects of perioperative care Contribute to education, training, and support of colleagues as needed
