WE'RE HIRING - OFFICE MANAGER

New England Tile Install New England Tile Install is growing, and we're looking for an Office Manager to become an important part of our team. We are a friendly, family-oriented, drama-free company that believes in working hard, treating people with respect, and helping each other succeed. We're growing quickly, and there is plenty of opportunity to grow within the company for the right person. We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, professional, and takes initiative. We want someone who can help keep the office running smoothly and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Responsibilities include:
Creating and sending customer estimates Creating and sending invoices Tracking outstanding invoices and customer payments Accounts receivable and accounts payable Paying and organizing company bills Keeping customer and job information up to date Maintaining organized records and paperwork Communicating with customers, contractors, suppliers, and employees Assisting with scheduling jobs and coordinating the calendar Following up with customers when necessary Keeping track of job paperwork, purchase orders, receipts, and expenses Helping management stay organized and on schedule General office management and administrative responsibilities Making sure day-to-day office operations stay organized and up to date Construction experience is a PLUS. Experience reading construction plans/drawings, working with contractors, or understanding the construction industry is especially valuable, but we are willing to consider the right person with strong office management experience.
