Job Description:
We're currently seeking an Office Manager to work for one of our most trusted clients, a leading environmental consulting business based in the Orange County Area. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities while supporting a fully remote team operating across multiple states and time zones. This role works closely with company leadership and serves as a key resource for maintaining efficient business operations and accurate financial processes.
Position Responsibilities:
Accounting & Bookkeeping Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online. Process and categorize financial transactions. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. Administrative & Project Support Support leadership and project managers with administrative and operational needs. Maintain company calendars, reporting schedules, and operational records. Maintain employee records and personnel files. Executive & Personal Administrative Support Provide direct administrative support to company leadership. Manage complex calendars, schedules, and competing priorities; monitor and coordinate business and personal calendar commitments to minimize scheduling conflicts. Coordinate internal and external meetings, conference calls, and appointments, event registrations, conferences, training programs, and professional development activities. Required Qualifications Minimum three years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting administration, payroll administration, business operations, or a related role. Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
