This role is equal parts executive support, team experience, and operational coordination. You'll help create an environment where people feel connected, supported, and excited to come to work. From onboarding new hires and coordinating interviews to planning team events and keeping the office running smoothly, you'll play a central role in the employee experience at Pingman. We're a small company, which means this role touches a little bit of everything. Some days you'll be helping leadership stay organized and moving priorities forward. Other days you'll be planning celebrations, solving operational hiccups, welcoming candidates, or making sure the little details that shape culture don't get overlooked. This is a great fit for someone who genuinely enjoys bringing people together, notices what others need before they ask, and takes pride in creating a workplace people love being part of. Responsibilities Support day-to-day executive and administrative operations across the company Help create and maintain a strong, connected, and positive team culture Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and employee experience initiatives Assist with recruiting coordination, scheduling, and candidate experience Plan and organize team lunches, celebrations, holiday activities, and company events Help maintain office operations, supplies, vendor relationships, and shared spaces Keep internal systems, calendars, and company resources organized and up to date Support communication and inclusion across both in-office and remote employees Assist leadership with special projects, scheduling, and operational coordination Own the countless small details that help the team feel supported and connected Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A naturally proactive and people-oriented mindset Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment Comfortable balancing administrative work with culture-building responsibilities Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality Positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed Experience in office management, executive support, recruiting coordination, or employee experience is a plus A Few More Things We work on a flexible, hybrid schedule, with Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays remote and Tuesdays and Fridays together in our BoDo (Boise Downtown) office.
