Full-Time About Us Concrete LLC is a growing concrete and construction company serving residential, commercial, and industrial clients throughout Georgia. We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and proactive Office Manager / Executive Assistant to support daily operations, customer communications, scheduling, and administrative functions. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, follows instructions well, and is comfortable using modern technology, including AI tools, to improve efficiency and customer service. Responsibilities Answer incoming customer calls and respond professionally to inquiries. Schedule estimates and maintain the company calendar. Coordinate project schedules with customers and field crews. Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after projects. Read, organize, and respond to emails. Follow up on estimates and customer inquiries. Prepare and organize accounts payable for management review and approval. Assist with payroll processing for a small team. Maintain customer and project records. Track outstanding estimates and follow-up opportunities. Assist with vendor communications and material orders. Support the owner with administrative and operational tasks. Help implement systems and processes to improve office efficiency. Assist with marketing efforts, social media, customer reviews, and business development initiatives (preferred but not required). Qualifications Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Professional phone and email etiquette. Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and office software. Ability to learn construction industry terminology and processes. Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT to draft emails, follow-ups, customer communications, and administrative documents. Ability to work independently and follow directions. High attention to detail and accuracy. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Preferred Qualifications Experience in construction, contracting, engineering, or home services industries. Experience with scheduling crews and coordinating projects. Basic bookkeeping or accounts payable experience. Payroll experience. Marketing and social media experience. CRM or project management software experience. The right candidate will become a key part of our team and help manage many of the daily administrative operations of the business.
Pay:
$13.00 - $15.00 per hour
