This is a fast-paced role for someone who can stay organized, communicate well, and get things done without needing to be micromanaged.

What You'll Do:

Answer phones and handle customer calls Schedule jobs and manage the calendar Process payroll Assist with hiring and firing Post job ads and manage applicants Handle general office and HR tasks Make runs when needed for shop materials

What We're Looking For:

Passion for landscaping and lawn care Strong understanding of lawn care / landscaping services Familiar with the Tulsa area Organized, efficient, and direct communicator Able to handle a fast-paced environment Solid computer skills
