Prestigious International Bank Seeks an Office Manager/Executive Assistant
  • Support the Managing Director/Head of Bank
  • Administrative Support- Calendars, Scheduling, etc.
  • Prepare Agendas, Meeting Materials & Presentations
  • Expense Reports
  • Office Management
  • Manage Employee Social Events/Oversee Event Planning- Including Major Global Events & Conferences
  • Travel Arrangements
  • Oversee Relationships with Third Party Vendors
  • Assists with Managing Relationship with Building
  • Oversees Office Supplies, Lunches, Inventory, etc.
Qualifications:
  • 3-7 Years of Office Management/Executive Assistant Experience
  • Ideal Candidates will be Coming out of Financial Services
  • Strong Communication Skills Base Salary 100k-120k + Bonus & Excellent Benefits & Full Comprehensive Package.
