Prestigious International Bank Seeks an Office Manager/Executive Assistant- Support the Managing Director/Head of Bank
- Administrative Support- Calendars, Scheduling, etc.
- Prepare Agendas, Meeting Materials & Presentations
- Expense Reports
- Office Management
- Manage Employee Social Events/Oversee Event Planning- Including Major Global Events & Conferences
- Travel Arrangements
- Oversee Relationships with Third Party Vendors
- Assists with Managing Relationship with Building
- Oversees Office Supplies, Lunches, Inventory, etc.
Qualifications:
- 3-7 Years of Office Management/Executive Assistant Experience
- Ideal Candidates will be Coming out of Financial Services
- Strong Communication Skills Base Salary 100k-120k + Bonus & Excellent Benefits & Full Comprehensive Package.
