Job Description
This role serves as the operational hub of our business. You will coordinate customer requests, training schedules, field technician assignments, equipment logistics, travel arrangements, vendor communications, and day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate enjoys solving problems, communicating with people, staying organized, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer & Project Coordination Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming customer inquiries Manage customer requests from initial inquiry through completion Coordinate HDPE training registrations, equipment rentals, and service requests Follow up with customers and team members to ensure projects stay on schedule Maintain accurate project records and documentation Scheduling & Logistics Coordinate schedules for field technicians and instructors Manage equipment scheduling and availability Arrange travel accommodations and logistics for team members Track project timelines and ensure required resources are available Assist with purchasing supplies, equipment, and materials as needed Office Operations Answer incoming calls and route inquiries appropriately Manage communications with vendors, suppliers, and customers Coordinate office and facility needs Maintain office supplies and operational resources Support day-to-day administrative operations Team Support Help leadership track priorities and action items Serve as a communication bridge between customers, technicians, vendors, and management Identify and resolve issues before they become problems Ideal candidates may have experience in: Project coordination Office management Operations support Customer service Construction, utilities, manufacturing, industrial services, or technical training organizations Preferred Qualifications Experience working in industrial, construction, utility, infrastructure, manufacturing, or field service environments Experience coordinating technicians, crews, equipment, or job schedules Familiarity with vendor management and purchasing Experience supporting a small business or entrepreneurial team You Might Be a
