Manage projects spanning multiple departments using established PMO processes Coordinate efforts across product development, systems and programming, client services, and other cross functional teams Lead projects with varying scope and complexity, including outsourced solutions and enhanced products and services Initiate, plan, schedule, control, and successfully close projects Develop high level project milestones and timelines Create and maintain project plans and track and maintain project action items Communicate project status, decisions, and updates through meetings, agendas, minutes, email, and other channels and develop repeatable processes when applicable Maintain knowledge of industry requirements, processes, and procedures Support projects managed by other project managers as needed Assist with release management through testing and deployment stages Engage business partners in the implementation and support of strategic products Develop and manage vendor relationships in accordance with COCC policies Oversee statements of work, contract fulfillment, billing processes, implementation guides, and training materials as applicable Monitor project milestones and task completion What You ll bring... Bachelor s degree in Business or equivalent work experience PMP certification required Demonstrated experience in project management processes Ability to analyze and propose solutions for diverse and complex application issues Exceptional organizational and time management skills Strong problem solving skills and root cause analysis capabilities Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks in a demanding environment Strong technical aptitude Experience building and maintaining complex project plans Ability to conduct meetings and communicate urgency and priorities effectively Self starter with the ability to work effectively with staff, management, clients, vendors, and team members Ability to build and maintain strong relationships and communicate clearly Experience with project management software, Smartsheet experience preferred The salary range for this job is $61,200 - $91,800. This is a hybrid position in Southington.
